If your prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a secure, tracked courier service.
All medication is dispensed in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including adverse weather or courier disruptions.
You must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe location is agreed in advance. We cannot be held liable for medication that is lost or damaged following a failed delivery attempt where appropriate instructions were not provided.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our prescriber. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of prescription medicines and patient safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed medication once it has left our pharmacy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
